St. Matthew Space Request Form

St. Matthew will rent facilities and grounds to parishioners only for the purposes of family events that are consistent with the Mission Statement of ST. MATTHEW CATHOLIC CHURCH, with reasonable Christian behavior and of reasonable size.

The use of facilities is prioritized for (1) parish and diocesan religious events (2) parish sponsored groups or ministries (3) other Catholic events (4) parishioner family events. Please see above document for full Facility Use Policy.

Use this form to request space in the parish hall, church or grounds. All repeated monthly meetings are automatically placed on the calendar and do not need a form completed each month.

Prior to making the Request, please click HERE to view the church Calendar for availability. Please note, when parish needs arise such as funerals, etc. reserved space is canceled and you will be notified.

Only space approved by the Parish Office will be added to the Parish Calendar and the group will receive a confirmation email. Please do not publicize your events prior to receiving parish approval. Thank you!
