Eucharist Ministry

EUCHARIST FOR THE HOSPITAL and HOME BOUND

At St. Matthew we have extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist who visit Durham's Duke Hospitals or parishioners’ homes each week. 

If you or a loved one are hospitalized or home bound due to prolonged illness or disability, please contact the Parish Office (919-479-1001) , to arrange for visitation by Hospital Ministers and reception of the Holy Eucharist. 

To volunteer  to participate in delivering Communion, you must first be a Eucharistic Minister.  Contact the Parish Office to learn more at 919-479-1001.
