Diaper Bank Ministry

St. Matthew Catholic Community proudly supports the Diaper Bank of North Carolina in Durham through the awareness of volunteer and personal donation opportunities.

The Diaper Bank of NC was formed in 2013 to address the issue of diaper need and covering babies’ bottoms across NC.  It has since distributed over 13 million diapers state-wide with branches in the Triangle, Triad, and Cape Fear Region.  

The mission of the Diaper Bank of NC is to promote & protect the dignity of residents, by ensuring that families with babies & children living with poverty have an adequate supply of diapers, and access to personal hygiene products, to remove barriers to education, employment, or fulfillment.
