Congratulations on the birth of your precious child!

At their child's Baptism, parents & godparents promise to keep the Flame of Faith alive in their child's heart, forming them in the Christian way of life. Parents are the primary teachers of their children's faith, planting the seeds. That family life is the primary place to experience God's gratuitous love.

We are happy to prepare you for this special day, the Baptism of your child.

Please complete the Baptism Request Form below and give the Godparent Testimony Form to the godparents to complete. Call Marie Ramirez at 919-339-9800 to make arrangements for a Formation Session. Once the Formation Session & Godparent Testimony Form are completed, a date will be set for your child’s Baptism.

Baptisms may be held at any of the weekend Masses. Parents are expected to be registered and active members of St. Matthew parish for at least 6 months prior.
